Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the purchase and use of the PDF ebook SEO Mastery 2026: The Complete Guide to Ranking in the AI Search Era (the "Product") sold on eliteseomasters.cloud. By buying the Product you agree to these Terms.

1. Seller

The Product is sold by Elite SEO Masters, owned and operated by Yassine Achbar (sole proprietor), Riad 3, Benguerir 43150, Morocco. Phone / WhatsApp: +212 718 081707. PayPal account receiving payments: yassineveres@gmail.com. Contact: support@eliteseomasters.cloud.

2. The Product

The Product is a digital PDF ebook of 109 pages, 50 chapters in 5 parts. It is an original work of Elite SEO Masters. It is a digital product only: nothing is shipped.

3. Price and payment

The price is €60, a one-time payment with no subscription. The price shown is the total amount; no VAT or extra fees are added at checkout. To buy, you contact us on WhatsApp (+212 718 081707) and we send you a PayPal payment link. Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.

4. Delivery

After PayPal confirms your payment, we send a download link for the PDF to the email address used for payment, within 24 hours (usually much sooner). There is no shipping and no tracking number. If you have not received the link within that time, check your spam folder and then contact support@eliteseomasters.cloud.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the download link has been sent. After delivery, the 14-day money-back guarantee in our Refund Policy applies.

6. Licence

We grant you a personal, single-user, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to download and read the Product. You may not resell, share, distribute, upload to public platforms, or copy the Product for others, and you may not remove copyright notices. All rights remain with Elite SEO Masters.

7. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Educational content

The Product contains educational information about search engine optimization. It is not professional, legal or financial advice. Results depend on your own efforts and market conditions; no specific ranking, traffic or income is promised.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite SEO Masters is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

12. Problems and disputes

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us first. We respond within 24–48 hours and will resolve the issue by resending the file or refunding you. This does not affect your rights under PayPal's buyer policies.
